Roast beef Italian salad with Homemade Parmesan dressing
Ingredients:
Ciabatta (or toast bread) — 1 piece
Radish — 5 pieces
Pine nuts — a handful
Parmesan cheese — 20 grams
Parmesan dressing — 3 tablespoons
Medium roast beef — 150 grams
Spinach leaves — a handful
Directions:
1. Cut the ciabatta (or toast bread) into small pieces.
2. Cut the radish into thin slices.
3. Cut the parmesan into thin slices.
4. Roast beef is cut into slices 2 cm wide.
Serving: In a bowl, combine slices of Ciabatta, radish, parmesan, roast beef and spinach leaves. Add the homemade Italian dressing. Mix the salad carefully. Add the pine nuts.
