Chicken Quiche and mushrooms

Chicken Quiche and mushrooms is the most common dish of French cuisine, which was invented by German bakers. Economical German bakers did not want to throw away the excess dough and began to use it as a base for a pie. Everything that was at hand was put in the filling. The French slightly changed the recipe and made the base more tender, and the filling was filled with a mixture of cream.

We tried this recipe and we can say with confidence — you will fall in love with this dish!
