Ingredients:

Lightly salted salmon-150 grams
Green onions — 50 grams
Fresh cucumber — 1 piece
Parmesan cheese — 30 grams
Black or toast bread
Olive oil — 10 ml

Directions:

1. Peel the salmon from the skin (if there is one)
2. Brush the bread with a little olive oil on both sides and fry until crisp in a hot frying pan.
3. Finely chop the green onions at an angle to make elongated slices.
4. Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
5. Grate Parmesan cheese on a fine grater.
6. Put the cucumber, salmon, cheese and green onions on the crusty bread.
