How to make Cuban Sandwich?

Cuban Sandwich is an American cuisine dish imported by workers from Cuba. This sandwich is called Cubano. History: immigrant workers of tobacco factories came from Cuba and brought with them a recipe for a delicious sandwich. The sandwich consists of layers of cheese, ham, homemade fried pork and pickled cucumbers. The sandwich is glued with garlic butter and mustard. The taste and composition of the sandwich varies in the regions.

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter — 20 grams
Garlic — 2 cloves
Pork belly — 200 grams
Ham — 200 grams
Soft Swiss cheese — 100 grams
Pickled cucumbers — 1 large cucumber
Yellow mustard — 1 tablespoon
Cuban or Italian bread — 1-2 pieces

Directions:

1. Grate garlic on a fine grater.
2. Mix butter and garlic.
3. Cut the bread into 4 pieces or horizontally in half.
4. Fry each part of the bread until crisp.
5. Spread butter with garlic on the bottom of the bread.
6. Grease the top of the bread with mustard.
7. Fry the pork belly over medium heat until tender.
8. Spread layers on the bottom of the bread: a slice of cheese, slices of pickled cucumber, fried pork, a slice of cheese, slices of ham. Cover with the top of the bread.
Serving: Serve sandwiches immediately with French fries and slices of pickled cucumber!
