Egg Sandwich is a simple recipe of American cuisine. There are infinitely many sandwiches, this one is simple and delicious. Egg filling with curry and crispy celery, tomato slices and grilled bread.

How to cook Sandwich?

Cook the egg. Mix the egg with sour cream or mayonnaise (as you like). Add a little curry powder for flavor. Add salt, pepper, finely chopped celery and green onions. We put all the ingredients between two pieces of bread, grilled until it crunches.

Egg Sandwich


Celery — ½ stalk
Green onion — ½ stalk
Chicken egg — 1 piece
Sour cream (or mayonnaise) 20% — 1 ½ tablespoons
Toamty — 3 slices
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Curry powder — ¼ teaspoon
Toast bread — 2 pieces
Frisée salad — several sheets


1. Finely chop the onion and celery.
2. Cook a chicken egg.
3. In a cup, crush the egg with a fork, add celery, onion, sour cream or mayonnaise, salt and ground black pepper, curry powder. Mix thoroughly.
5. Toast bread on the grill, if desired, until crisp.
6. On one piece of bread, put the leaves of lettuce Frisée or another salad.
7. Put the egg filling on top of the salad.
8. Add tomato slices.
9. Cover with a second piece of bread.
Serving: Eat immediately without even thinking.
