How to cook a Tamago Sando sandwich?

Usually soft cream bread is used in Japan, but you can use bread for toast or plain white. Boil the most ordinary chicken eggs. Knead them with a fork. Spices and Japanese mayonnaise are added. Japanese mayonnaise is the key ingredient in this sandwich. Japanese mayonnaise gives creaminess and extra flavor to this sandwich. So do not be lazy to buy or make such mayonnaise at home yourself.

• Salted butter
• Seasonings: sugar, salt, black pepper, milk, Japanese mayonnaise

Ingredients:

Chicken egg — 3 pieces
Bread for toast — 6 slices
Butter — 3 teaspoons
Milk — 2 teaspoons
Pepper — 1 pinch
Salt — 1 pinch
Sugar — ½ teaspoon
Japanese mayonnaise — 2 tablespoons

Directions:

1. Boil the eggs until tender.
2. Peel and mash the eggs with a regular fork. Add all the seasonings and mix well.
3. Brush the slices of bread with butter.
4. Put the egg mixture on top of the bread. Cover the egg mixture with a second slice.
5. Place the sandwich between two plates so that it shrinks slightly. Set aside for 5 minutes.
6. Cut the crusts from the bread.
7. Cut the sandwich in half.
8. Store in the refrigerator for 2 days.
