Beef burger with pickles and Dijon mustard
Ingredients:
Bun
The leaves of lettuce – 1 piece
Cutlet of 100% beef — 1 piece
Basil leaves — 4 pieces
Cheese soft or hard (to taste) — 4 slices
Pickles — 3 pieces
Dijon mustard — 4 teaspoons
Tomato — 2 slices
Jalapeno — 1 piece
Olive oil — 1 teaspoon
Directions:
Picking up our Burger!!!!
1. Cut into pickled cucumbers slices.
2. Cut the bun in half.
3. Grease the inside of the bun with olive oil.
4. Put the inside of the bun on a heated pan and fry for 3 minutes. Until it’s crispy.
5. Fry the beef Patty to the crust, but be careful not to burn the Patty.
6. Put 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard on the bottom of the bun.
7. Put 6 thin slices of pickled cucumbers.
8. Lay out a slice of tomato.
9. Put 4-5 quartered pepper jalopeno.
10. Put 3-4 thin slices of hard cheese (we use Parmesan cheese) or 1 slice of soft cheese. It’s a matter of your taste.
11. Put a leaf of lettuce.
12. Basil leaves.
13. Add fried cutlet.
14. On top of the cutlets add a slice of tomato.
15. Next, put 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
16. 4-5 slices of pickled cucumbers.
17. And of course 4-6 quarters of jalapeno.
18. Final stage: a leaf of lettuce.
19. Cover with our top of the crispy bun.
