Ingredients:

Tomatoes on a branch — 450 grams
Chicken drumsticks without bones and skin — 1 kg
Garlic — 5 cloves
Ground cumin — 1 teaspoon
Juice of half a lemon
Salt — ½ tablespoon
Olive oil — 3 tablespoons
Potatoes — 800 grams
Capers — 3 tablespoons
Rosemary — 4 twigs
Ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater.
2. Marinade: mix garlic, cumin, lemon juice, salt, olive oil.
3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into round pieces 1 inch (2-3 cm) thick.
4. Add the marinade and potatoes to a large deep bowl. Mix it up.
5. Grease the baking tray with olive oil.
6. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet.
7. Mix the capers and tomatoes in the bowl where the potatoes were.
8. Put the tomatoes on the potatoes.
9. Cut chicken drumsticks into pieces for one bite.
10. Put the chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet.
11. Add the rosemary to the baking sheet.
12. Add black pepper to taste.
