Ingredients:

Potatoes — 6-8 medium pieces
Garlic — 4 cloves
Butter — 100 grams
Milk — 50 ml
Egg (yolk) — 1-2 pieces
Onion — 1 large
Carrot — 1 piece
Celery stalk — 1 piece
Ground beef — 500 grams
Tomato paste — 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce — 1 tablespoon
Red wine — 100 ml
Mozzarella Cheese — 30-50 grams
Salt and pepper — to taste

Directions:

1. Finely chop the onion, carrot, and celery.
2. Coarsely chop the garlic.
3. Fry the onion, carrot, celery, garlic, and ground beef until tender.
4. Add tomato paste, red wine and Worcestershire sauce.
5. Salt and pepper.
6. Simmer for one hour, until all the moisture is melted and the stew becomes even.
7. Separately cook the potatoes for 30 minutes until ready, drain the water.
8. Salt and pepper. Add the butter and mash.
9. In mashed potatoes add milk and yolk of egg.
10. Spread the stew evenly.
11. Put the stew on top of mashed potatoes.
12. Add mozzarella slices on top of mashed potatoes.
13. Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Spread the hot dish on a plate, you can sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
