Ingredients:

Beef — 600 grams
Carrots — 2 pieces
Guinness beer — 1 pint
Bulgur — 300 grams
Thyme — a pinch
Olive oil — 50 ml
Salt and pepper — to taste
Radish sprouts — few

Directions:

1. We clean the flesh of beef from films and veins.
2. Cut the beef into small pieces.
3. In a large saucepan, pour the olive oil. Warming up.
4. In a saucepan put the beef.
5. Add the thyme.
6. Actively stirring the beef until the color changes.
7. Add a pint of Guinness beer to the pot. Cook for 40-50 minutes.
8. Carrots are washed and cleaned. Cut into pieces the size of beef.
9. In a frypan add olive oil and carrots.
10. Over medium heat, cook the carrots for 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
11. Add beef to the carrots.
12. Added salt and pepper.
13. Cook the bulgur.
We put bulgur and stewed beef with carrots in a plate. Sprinkle with radish sprouts.
