Thai Fish cakes are an incredibly delicious dish. Fish cakes combine sharpness and piquancy. We make cakes from fillet of cod fish, spicy pasta, you can take curry paste, lime juice, fish sauce and green string beans. Small cakes are perfect for one bite. But as always, the sauce for this dish solves everything, and we eat them with sweet and sour chilli.
Fillet white fish (cod fish) — 600 grams
Spicy (curry) pasta — 3 tablespoons
Lime juice — 1 tablespoon
Chicken egg — 1 piece
Fish sauce — 1 tablespoon
Green string beans — 50 grams
Corn starch (or flour) — 40 grams
Coriander leaves — 1 tablespoon
1. Minced meat: in a mixer, mix the pieces of cod without bones and skin, spicy paste, lime juice, coriander leaves, fish sauce, chicken egg, corn starch (or flour), coarsely chopped green bean pods.
2. Form small balls from the resulting minced meat.
3. Flatten each ball a little, so that the cutlets would turn out.
4. Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the cutlets.
Serving: Serve the dish hot with your favorite sauces (sweet and sour chilli is great).
