Yes, it would seem that Italians can still cook … fish! Today is a delicious and simple recipe for Italian fish in the oven.
How to cook Italian fish?
Let’s start with the fact that for cooking we will need white varieties of fish for this dish. We took a fillet of cod without bones and skin. You can also take any other white fish: haddock, hake, catfish, whiting, pollock, pangasius. In general, there is a lot to choose from and cook our dish. We remove the bones and skin from the fish. Cut into small pieces.
We will prepare a kind of filling sauce to give an interesting taste to the fish.
- tenderness and nutrition from butter and cream
- piquancy from garlic and dijon mustard
- the aroma of lemon zest and juice
Mix all this and pour our fish into the pan. We send it to the oven for 15 minutes and while the fish is cooking, we prepare a side dish to your taste.
The taste and aroma of fish in the oven is simply incredible. In each piece there is a hint of lemon flavor, the tenderness of the fish itself, creaminess permeated the entire texture of the dish. This combination can be combined with a side dish of bulgur, couscous, quinoa, brown or red rice.
