Squid salad
Ingredients:
Squid – 2 pieces
Green onion pen – 2 pieces
Carrot – 1 pieces
Tomatoes Cherry – 6 pieces
Bell pepper – 1 pieces
Yellow Onion – 1 pieces
Cucumber – 1/2 pieces
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
1. Clean the squid of innards
2. Cut it into medium sized pieces
3. Fry the squid in vegetable oil for two minutes
4. Cut vegetables into medium sized pieces
5. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil for 6 minutes
6. Add fried squid to vegetables
7. Fry all together for 3 minutes
