Shrimps and smoked pumpkin

Ingredients:

Pumpkin 50 grams
Shrimps (big) 200 grams
Olive oil (for fry)
Salt (tasty)

Directions:

Smoke pumpkin:
1. Take 50 grams of pumpkin and cut into square pieces.
2. For Smoking, you can buy a disposable smoker or do it on your backyard grill (if you have one of course).
3. Smoke 10 minutes on an open fire.
4. Pumpkin puree them with blenderm into a puree. That’s done!
Now the shrimp:
1. We clean the shrimp from the shell, but leave the tail! So it is more convenient to eat them.
2. Coat a little in olive oil. So they will be crispy.
3. Preheat the grill (you can take an ordinary pan) and puts the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until tender.
