Korean Pork Bulgogi Recipe

Pork Bulgogi is a delicious noodles with pork. The perfect combination of grilled meat in spices with slices of juicy apple and your favorite cellophane noodles. The classic dish of South Korea combines a palette of flavors and colors. When I tried this dish, I immediately realized that it would become my favorite among Asian masterpieces.

How to cook bulgogi?

Prepare the marinade for the meat. Mix garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce, add the pungency of cayenne pepper flakes. Pork tenderloin should be of the best quality that you can find in a butcher shop. We cut the meat into thin strips of small width. Marinate the meat for 15-20 minutes, this is enough to make it fragrant and rich with the taste of spices. Next, quickly fry thin slices of carrots. Fry our fragrant meat. We return the carrots back to the meat and add the pea pods. Add some soy and oyster sauces to add even more flavor. Boil the noodles. We cut slices of juicy apple. Mix everything and you’re done!

Ingredients:

Garlic — 4-5 cloves
Fresh ginger — 1 tablespoon
Cayenne pepper flakes — ½ teaspoon
Sesame oil — 2 teaspoons
Sugar — 1 tablespoon
Olive oil — 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce — 2 + 2 tablespoons
Pork tenderloin — 400 grams
Carrots — 190 grams
Young pea pods — 30 grams
Oyster sauce — 2 tablespoons
Red apple — 1 piece
Cellophane noodles — 100 grams

Directions:

1. Peel garlic and ginger and finely grate.
2. Marinade for meat: mix garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper flakes, sesame oil, sugar, olive oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
3. Cut pork tenderloin into long thin strips with a width and height of 1.2 inches (3 cm).
4. Marinate pork tenderloin in marinade. Put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
5. Peel the carrots and cut into half rings (first along the fruit, and then across into slices).
6. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan at maximum heat.
7. Add carrots to the pan and fry for 8-10 minutes. Put it aside.
8. Reheat a clean frying pan with oil again.
9. Add the pickled meat to the pan and fry for 5-6 minutes.
10. Add carrots, young pea pods, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and oyster sauce to the meat. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
11. Cut the red apple into thin round slices.
12. Boil the cellophane noodles according to the instructions on the package.
13. Put the cellophane noodles in the center in a deep dish. At the edges lay out slices of apple, meat with carrots and pea pods. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serving: Serve the dish hot!
