Garlic — 2 cloves
Dijon mustard — 2 teaspoons
Honey — 2 teaspoons
White grape vinegar — 1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil — 2 teaspoons
Chicken wings — 1 kilogram
Celery — 1 stalk
Carrots — 1 piece
Mushrooms — 10 pieces


1. Finely chop the garlic.
2. Marinade: mustard, honey, white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix it up.
3. Wash the vegetables and cut them into large pieces.
4. Chicken wings are mine.
5. Marinate the wings and vegetables for one hour.
6. Spread on a baking sheet and fry at a temperature of 356°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.
Serving: Serve the dish hot
