What is Tahini Sauce?
Tahini is a sauce made from white sesame seeds and extra virgin olive oil. Tahini is often used in dishes of the Middle East and the Mediterranean. This gluten-free vegan sauce is very easy to prepare. The texture of the sauce is creamy, tart and slightly bitter. For tahini, we use white sesame seeds and extra virgin olive oil, you can add a little salt for flavor. The sauce can be found in the preparation of hummus, Baba Ganoush and salads.

White sesame — 60 grams
Olive oil — 20 grams
1. Fry sesame seeds on low heat for 5 minutes.
2. Use a blender or food processor to grind sesame seeds into a homogeneous mass.
