What is Tahini Sauce?

Tahini is a sauce made from white sesame seeds and extra virgin olive oil. Tahini is often used in dishes of the Middle East and the Mediterranean. This gluten-free vegan sauce is very easy to prepare. The texture of the sauce is creamy, tart and slightly bitter. White sesame — 60 grams
Olive oil — 20 grams


1. Fry sesame seeds on low heat for 5 minutes.
2. Use a blender or food processor to grind sesame seeds into a homogeneous mass.
3. Add olive oil to the shifts. Grind a little more until a more liquid mass of sauce is formed.
Serving: Add to dishes! Store in the refrigerator for 1 month.
