Mint sauce is the perfect sauce to spice up fish or meat dishes. We recently discovered this amazing and delicious sauce and want to share it with you. Minimum ingredients, minimum time, and maximum fun! For cooking, you need a blender to bring the sauce to a smooth mass. If you do not have a blender, you can use a fine grater for vegetables.
Yogurt — 100 grams
Mint — 25 grams
Salt — a pinch
Cucumber — 150 grams
1. Wash the mint, separate the leaves from the stems, and chop coarsely.
2. Wash the cucumber, peel it from the hard skin. Remove the core with the seeds, so that the sauce is not too watery. Cut the cucumber into large pieces.
