Ingredients:

– ginger – 5 cm
– cucumber – 1/2 long
– parsley – 1 bunch
– green onion – 1 bunch
– sour cream – 3 tablespoon

Directions:

1. Grate the ginger on a grater.
2. A cucumber finely chop.
3. Finely chop the dill and green onion
4. Squeeze the grated ginger juice into a bowl.
