Ingredients:

Spaghetti – 100 grams
Meatballs – 4-6 pieces
Mozzarella cheese – 100 grams
Parsley – a handful
Tomato paste – 50 grams
Cherry tomatoes – 6-8 pieces
Sweet Bell pepper – 1 piece
Onion – 1 medium sized onion
Garlic – 3 cloves
Salt – a pinch
Pepper – a pinch

Directions:

1. Cut into slices bell pepper, tomatoes cherry
2. Fry the meat balls
3. Fry the chopped onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
4. Add the bell peppers and cherry tomatoes. Cook for 7 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
5. Boil the pasta
6. Put the paste on a plate and add the meat balls.
7. Pour the sauce on top
8. Add mozzarella cheese
Serve with parsley.
