Lemon aioli

Ingredients:

Lemon juice — 20 ml
Olive oil — 80 ml
Egg yolk of chicken — 2 pieces

Directions:

1. Mix the olive oil and egg yolks.
2. Whisk with a blender for 30 seconds
3. Add half of the lemon juice. Whisk for 5 seconds.
4. Add the other half of the lemon juice. Whisk for 5 seconds.
Serving: Salad dressing is ready.
