Mexican Guacamole Recipe

Guacamole is a great dip-sauce originally from Mexico. It is an incredible combination of color and taste. Ripe tomatoes, lime filled with essential oils, the light sharpness of Chili pepper and the delicate taste of nutty avocado. The Guacamole is usually served with corn chips. The Nachos chips like a spoon grab some sauce and eat. The combination is incredible. The Guacamole is combined with light beer or tequila.

Ingredients:

Tomato (large) — 1 piece
Avocado — 3 pieces
Chili pepper (red) — 1 piece
Garlic — 1 clove
Coriander-bunch
Onion yellow — 1 piece
Salt to taste
Lime — 1 piece

Directions:

1. Cut the tomato, onion, garlic and avocado into large cubes.
2. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and cut it finely.
3. Chop coriander coarsely.
4. Rub the lime zest.
5. All the ingredients are sent to a blender and brought to a homogeneous mass.
6. Salt to taste.
7. Sprinkle the sauce with the juice of half a lime and mix.
Serving: Serve with corn chips Nachos and light beer.
