Ingredients:

Quinoa — 100 grams
Cherry tomatoes — 160 grams
Garlic — 3 cloves

Purple basil — 20 grams
Cilantro — 20 grams
Spinach — 50 grams
Avocado — 2 pieces
Oregano — 1 teaspoon
Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
Red wine vinegar — 0.5 teaspoons
Salt — 1 pinch
Ground black pepper — 1 pinch

Directions:

1. Boil the quinoa according to the instructions.
2. Chop garlic, onion, cilantro, spinach, basil finely.
3. Dressing: mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt and black pepper.
4. Cut tomatoes in half.
5. Cut the avocado into cubes the size of tomatoes.
