Hello, gourmets! Today we are preparing an incredibly delicious dish – grilled king crab! We did not dare to cook this dish for a long time, as it requires finances, and most importantly, choose an amazing sauce to reveal the taste of the crab. The sauce was found is Argentine Chimichurri sauce!
To add flavor to the already tender crab meat, we prepared Chimichurri sauce in advance. This sauce gives a silky texture and incredible flavor in addition to the natural taste of crab meat.
How to choose king crab legs:
• The legs should be bright red, not discolored.
• Should still have a bright iodine smell, as the crab is a marine inhabitant.
• The filling capacity of the inside of the legs can be different. The whole point is in what period of molting the crab was caught. If the crab is at the molting stage, then the filling capacity is correspondingly less, there are voids in the legs and a certain bag – the skin of a young crab, which is also not edible.

How to cook crab
