Delicious mashed potatoes recipe

Delicious mashed potatoes is everyone’s favorite dish and the main side dish for various other dishes. It would seem that there can be nothing new in this recipe, because everyone knows how to cook mashed potatoes! But as it turned out, everything is prepared in different ways. Our recipe is more of a life hacks than a way to cook potatoes. The first life hack: put the potatoes in cold water and then put them on the stove top to cook. Potatoes are cooked evenly in this way! If you put it in boiling water, then it will boil on the outside and crumble, and inside it will still be damp. The second life hack: for tenderness and stickiness at the very end of cooking, we add the egg yolk. The yolk binds the potato fibers together and makes it slightly elastic. The third life hack: for taste and tenderness, we sometimes add finely grated soft cheese. The cheese sort doesn’t play much of a role, so you can take your favorite variety. The cheese makes the potatoes a little stringy and adds even more creaminess. On this perhaps all the secrets so far we have run out.
