Hello, gourmets! Today we will tell you how to cook dorado on the grill. The fish is not from the budget, but it tastes great! There are many recipes, but we decided that a special feature of our author’s recipe would be an oil dressing for dorado.
The author’s fish dressing gives a piquant taste and aroma. We took simple ingredients – garlic, ginger, chili pepper and oil. According to the classics, several thin slices of lemon were placed in the belly of the fish.
Grilled dorado recipe
Oil dressing: Grind garlic and ginger in a mortar or grate on a fine grater. Add salt, finely chopped chili pepper, olive oil and mix everything thoroughly.
Gut the dorado, rinse it and make several shallow incisions from the back to the belly of the fish.
Grease the abdomen with an oil dressing and put a few slices of lemon.
Lubricate the fish with oil dressing. Leave some of the dressing on.
Grill the fish until cooked. Turn it over regularly!
Before serving, brush the fish with oil dressing again.
