Pico de gallo is a classic dish from hot Mexico. Bright, burning, delicious , like all Mexican dishes. We will prepare this sauce from ripe juicy tomatoes, red onions, hot chili peppers and juicy aromatic lime.
Tomatoes — 3 pieces
Red onion — 1 piece
Garlic — 2 cloves
Chili pepper — 1 piece
Lime — 1 piece
Salt and pepper to taste
Coriander — 15 grams (small bunch)
1. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
3. My coriander and coarsely chop.
4. Finely chop the chili pepper. If you want to reduce the burning, then you must first remove the seeds.
