Uzbek Salad Achichuk
Achichuk is a traditional Uzbek salad. The salad is also known as shakarob. This salad is served together with Uzbek pilaf. Traditionally, the salad is made from fresh tomatoes, hot chili peppers and onions. We use red or white onions. We remove the seeds from the chili pepper, so we adjust the sharpness.
