Creamy Tahini Dressing refers to Mediterranean cuisine. This recipe does not add lemon, so its taste is more nutty with a slight bitterness. Creamy Tahini Dressing


Grated garlic — 4 cloves
Grated ginger — 1 teaspoon
Water — 6 tablespoons
Soy sauce — 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil — 2 tablespoons
Rice vinegar — 1 tablespoon
Salt — ½ teaspoon
Honey — 1 teaspoon
Tahini paste — 6 tablespoons


1. Mix all the ingredients.
Serving: Vegetable salad dressing. Store in the refrigerator for one week.
