Beef Katsu
Ingredients:
Beef – 200 grams
Plum Japanese sauce Tonkatsu
Parsley – a brunch
Vegetable oil for frying
Chuka seaweed
Nori seaweed
Directions:
1. Rinse the beef
2. Cut the beef into sticks or long strips
3. Marinate beef in Tonkatsu sauce for 30 minutes
4. Heat vegetable oil
5. Fry beef for 20 minutes
Serving.
Put a piece of Nori seaweed on a plate. Lay out on seaweed fried beef and seaweed Chuck. Decorate with parsley leaves, you can also add fresh vegetables as desired.
