What is Pork Marinade?

Pork Marinade is a Chinese-style marinade. Ideal for baking pork in the oven or on an open fire. The meat is obtained with subtle notes in the best Chinese traditions. Moderately sweet, moderately salty, with a subtle aroma of spicy garlic and oyster sauce.

Ingredients:

Garlic — 2 cloves
Oyster sauce — 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce — 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil — 1 tablespoon
Sweet white rice wine — 6 tablespoons
Rice vinegar — 2 tablespoons

Directions:

1. Wash the garlic and finely chop it.
2. Mix all the ingredients.
Serving: Marinate pork.
