Mexican Mule
Ingredients:
Silver tequila — 60 ml
Ginger beer — 120 ml
Juice of half a lime
Ice
Directions:
1. In a shaker, mix the juice of half a lime, ice and tequila.
2. Pour the tequila and lime mixture into a copper mug or whiskey glass.
3. Add ginger beer and a little more ice to the glass.
4. Decorate the cocktail with a slice of lime.
Serving: Serve the cocktail immediately. Drink chilled.
