Vegetable casserole with crispy bread crust
Ingredients:
Red onion — 2 pieces
Pork — 500-600 grams
Garlic — 4-5 cloves
Bay leaf – 4-5 pieces
Dijon mustard — 100 grams
Mushrooms — 5-6 pieces
Carrots-2-3 pieces
Zucchini — 1-2 pieces
Parsley-bunch
Salt and pepper — to taste
Flour — 400 grams
Water — 300 ml
Egg — 1 piece
Directions:
Make the dough.
1. Sift the flour through a sieve. In the center of the sifted flour, make a recess and gradually pour in water. The water can be heated to 60 degrees Celsius.
2. Gently knead the dough.
3. Add the egg. We continue to knead.
4. the Finished dough is sprinkled with flour and left for 30 minutes.
Make casserole.
1. Carrots, zucchini, pork cut into cubes of 2 cm.
2. Mushrooms cut in half.
3. Onion and garlic cut into large pieces.
4. Chop the parsley leaves coarsely.
5. Heat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
6. Place the vegetables and pork on a large baking sheet. Add the Dijon mustard, parsley, bay leaf, salt pepper and salt.
7. Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
8. While the casserole is being prepared, roll out the dough to fit the size of your baking sheet.
9. Take out the baking sheet with the casserole and cover it completely with the dough.
10. Send back to the oven and bake until crisp.
Serve the dish hot! Crispy crust is served instead of bread.
