Cut the pineapple into 2 parts. Carefully cut out the inside of the pineapple and cut into cubes. Clean the prawns and pour boiling water over them. Finely chop the bulb onions. Coarsely chop onion pen. Cherry tomatoes cut into 2 pieces and remove the seeds. Wash rice 7 times (which would not stick rice, when the stew). Cook the rice until its full readiness. Preheat a frying pan and pour in the olive oil it. Fry the shrimp until golden. When the shrimp are ready – to put on a separate plate. In a frying pan to break an egg and wooden spoon to mix. Once the egg fry, add the rice. Stir for 3 minutes. Add finely chopped onions. Add curry (powder), salt and sugar. Stir and add the cashews and pineapple. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Add onion and cherry tomatoes. Prepare for another 3-5 minutes. Make sure that all would not be burnt.
