How to cook portuguese fish soup?
Today we discovered an interesting Portuguese fish soup. I was surprised that the soup is prepared without water. But then how? Dry white wine is used instead of water! Portuguese fish soup gets interesting notes and a slight sourness due to lemon juice. Fish soup with this serving can surprise any gourmet.
