Tropical smoothie with hazelnuts
Ingredients:
Banana – 1 piece
Apple – 1/2 piece
Pear – 1/2 piece
Hazelnuts – a handful
Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Directions:
1. Clear banana and chopped.
2. Finely chopped apples and pears.
3. Put in a blender, add a handful of hazelnuts and a teaspoon of cinnamon.
4. Beat until smooth.
