Homemade Teriyaki Sauce

How to make Teriyaki Sauce?

Homemade Teriyaki Sauce is a traditional Japanese sauce. This sauce is sold in any store on the planet. It is much more pleasant to make Teriyaki Sauce yourself, and it turns out that it is certainly tastier than the purchased one. We use Mirin (this is a sweet rice white wine),soy sauce and sake in the preparation. Mirin is not always possible to buy in the store, so it can be replaced with white sweet wine. This sauce is perfectly combined with meat dishes.
