Greek Salad Dressing is a dish of Greek cuisine. Easy dressing for vegetable salad in a few minutes. It would seem simple ingredients, but what a taste! The light piquancy of garlic and the sourness of lemon juice, the faint sharpness of wine vinegar and the softness of olive oil are the taste of sunny Greece.

What does it consist of?

– extra virgin olive oil

– fresh garlic

– juice of a ripe lemon

– red wine vinegar

– dried oregano

– Parmesan cheese optional

How to prepare the dressing?

Mix all the ingredients. It couldn’t be simpler. Store in the refrigerator for about 1 week.

Ingredients:

Olive oil — 60 ml
Red wine vinegar — 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice — 1 lemon
Garlic — 2 cloves
Dried oregano — 1 teaspoon
Salt — 3 pinches

Directions:

1. Chop the garlic finely or grate it on a fine grater.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a jar. Close the lid. Shake vigorously several times.
Serving: Pour the dressing over the vegetable salad. Store in the refrigerator for 1 week.
