Ingredients:
Flour — 500 grams
Salt — 1 teaspoon
Chicken egg — 2 pieces
Olive oil — 1 tablespoon
Water — 3 tablespoons
Directions:
1. Sift the flour through a sieve.
2. Add salt and olive oil to the flour and mix.
3. Add two chicken eggs to the flour.
4. If the dough is too tight, then add 3-5 tablespoons of water, at your discretion.
5. Knead the dough with your hands or in a food processor for 5 minutes.
6. Wrap the dough in a cellophane bag and send it to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
7. Divide the finished dough into 4 parts.
8. Roll out one part of the dough and cut into squares of 8 cm (3.2 inches) wide, the thickness of the dough is 3 mm (1/8 inch). You should get about 4-5 squares.
9. Repeat with the remaining dough.
