Creamy Tahini Dressing refers to Mediterranean cuisine. This recipe does not add lemon, so its taste is more nutty with a slight bitterness. We have already made Tahini sauce (it is very simple and fast), and now we will mix it with other ingredients to get an excellent dressing for a vegetable salad.
We use very cold water in the sauce to obtain a thick consistency of the sauce. Garlic and ginger will add piquancy. Salt and honey will create a balance. Tahini paste will give tartness and creaminess.
