Ingredients:

Bulgarian red sweet pepper — 1 piece (250 grams)
Red onion — 1 onion (120 grams)
Canned chickpeas — 1 jar
Beetroot — 260 grams
Olives — 120 grams
Lebanese cucumber — 160 grams
Cherry tomatoes — 150grams
Feta cheese — 100 grams
Dill — bunch
Greek salad dressing — 50 ml

Directions:

1. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into 4 parts. Each part is cut into slices 1 inch (2-3 cm) wide.
2. Cut the red onion into half rings.
3. Cherry tomatoes cut in half.
4. Bulgarian red pepper is cut into thin strips.
5. Cut the beets into small cubes of 0.5 inches (1-2 cm).
6. Chop the dill finely.
7. Mix all the ingredients in a large deep dish.
8. Break the Feta cheese into small pieces and sprinkle on top of the salad.
9. Add the Greek salad dressing.
Serving: Serve salad with main dishes.
