Harissa Homemade Paste

Harissa is a sauce or pasta from North Africa. You can use any hot peppers to make this paste. The paste is thick, stored in the refrigerator for about a month. Of course, you can buy it in the store, but it’s more pleasant when you make it yourself. We add harissa to the preparation of chicken and vegetable dishes, for spicy sauces based on peanut butter or coconut milk.
