Our recipe is more of a life hacks than a way to cook potatoes. The first life hack: put the potatoes in cold water and then put them on the stove top to cook. Potatoes are cooked evenly in this way! If you put it in boiling water, then it will boil on the outside and crumble, and inside it will still be damp. The second life hack: for tenderness and stickiness at the very end of cooking, we add the egg yolk. The yolk binds the potato fibers together and makes it slightly elastic. The third life hack: for taste and tenderness, we sometimes add finely grated soft cheese. The cheese sort doesn’t play much of a role, so you can take your favorite variety.
