Ingredients:

Beef – 300 grams
Bulb onions
Radishes – 100 grams
Bulgarian pepper – 100 grams
Carrot – 100 grams
Green onion pen
Parsley
Dill
Walnut (peeled kernel)
Pumpkin Seeds (peeled)
Sesame seeds
Olive oil

Directions:

1. Beef cut into strips
2. Slice the radish slices
3. Clear bell pepper from the internal seeds and cut into half rings
4. Carrots cut into small strips
5. Onions cut into rings.
6. Onion pen finely chopped
Now we can start to cook!
The pan to pour olive oil. Beef roast until cooked and passed on to the plate. In a frying pan fry the onion rings until golden brown. Then the pan adds the bell pepper. Pepper should be regularly stirred for 10-15 minutes, which he uniformly prepared. When the pepper is ready to add the carrot sticks. Stir vegetables regularly for 10-15 minutes. Adding already our roast beef and radish. Cook for another 5 minutes more.
Now we can all put on a plate. Garnish with parsley, dill, pumpkin seeds, walnuts and sesame seeds.
