Pork sausages – 6 pieces
Tomato paste -150 grams
Bell peppers – 1 piece
Cayenne pepper – 1 piece
Black pepper – 3 grams
Salt to taste
Tabasco sauce – 3 grams
Olive oil
Curry powder – 5 grams
Bow pen
Parsley
Dill

Directions:

Prepare the ingredients:
– Finely chopped onion
– Diced bell pepper
Let’s start cooking!
Preheat a frying pan with olive oil. In a frying pan lay bell pepper and cook for 10-12 minutes. Add the tomato paste, Tabasco sauce, salt and Cayenne pepper. Mix for 3-5 minutes. Add the pork sausage and fill a glass of water. Fry until almost all the water boils away, and the sauce will thicken. You can also pierce the sausages that have excess fat from these emerged – the so-obtained tastier.
Put on a plate. Side dish – french fries. You can also decorate with cherry tomatoes and green leaf lettuce, green onions, dill, and parsley.
