    Korean style: chicken soup-salad


    – ginger (5 slices)
    – green onion-1 pod
    – 1/2 carrot on the Korean grater
    – red bell pepper 1/2 rings
    – 1/2 cucumber fresh straw small
    – 1 boiled egg
    – corn small 2 pieces
    – salt and pepper
    – chicken broth


    1. Cook chicken broth
    2. All the ingredients are cut into thin slices
    3. Put all ingredients in a bowl
    4. Pour hot chicken broth
    5. Wait 5 minutes
