Creamy mushroom sauce


Fresh mushrooms — 250 grams
Garlic — 1 clove
Pepper and salt to taste
Cream 20% — 250 ml
Thyme — pinch
Vegetable oil for frying


1. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into small cubes
2. Peel the garlic and cut it finely.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
4. Fry the mushrooms. They should not shrink too much.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Add garlic and thyme.
7. Add the cream. The sauce should thicken. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.
Serving: Serve with steaks, nuggets.
