Panzanella Bread Salad

What Is Panzanella Salad?

Panzanella Bread Salad is a summer juicy and fresh salad. Panzanella is a Tuscan dish. If you have stale bread at home, do not rush to throw it away! Stale bread, tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil are the basis of our salad. Panzanella is great for a picnic, a festive table or just a simple dinner.

Panzanella Bread Salad is like all popular dishes was previously a poor man’s salad. The salad gets a rich taste if it is allowed to stand for 30 minutes after cooking. The bread will absorb tomato juice, olive oil and wine vinegar, making it a balanced part of the salad.

Additions

To add an interesting touch to the taste, we used grilled sweet bell pepper. Pepper is burned on the grill or on an open fire, a cooking burner. Put it in a plastic bag and let it cool. Peel off the burnt peel with a knife. So the pepper turns out soft and with notes of smoke.

Serve this Panzanella

Panzanella is perfectly combined with fried chicken and other types of fried meat, you can also use it as an independent dish.
