    Pork sausage in a spicy tomato sauce


    Pork sausages (6 pieces)
    Tomato paste (150 grams)
    Bell peppers (1 piece)
    Cayenne pepper (1 piece)
    Black pepper (3 grams)
    Salt (to taste)
    Tabasco sauce (3 grams)
    Olive oil
    Curry powder (5 grams)
    Bow pen


    Prepare the ingredients:
    – Finely chopped onion
    – Diced bell pepper
    Let’s start cooking!
    Preheat a frying pan with olive oil. In a frying pan lay bell pepper and cook for 10-12 minutes. Add the tomato paste, Tabasco sauce, salt and Cayenne pepper. Mix for 3-5 minutes. Add the pork sausage and fill a glass of water. Fry until almost all the water boils away, and the sauce will thicken. You can also pierce the sausages that have excess fat from these emerged – the so-obtained tastier.
