    Pasta with meatballs, stewed vegetables and mozzarella cheese

    Ingredients:

    – Pasta (100 grams)
    – Meat balls (4-6 pieces)
    – Mozzarella cheese (100 grams)
    – Parsley (handful)
    – Tomato paste (50 grams)
    – Cherry tomatoes (6-8 pieces)
    – Bell pepper (1 piece)
    – Onion (1 medium sized onion)
    – Garlic (3 cloves)
    – Salt (pinch)
    – Pepper (pinch)

    Directions:

    1. Cut into slices bell pepper, tomatoes cherry
    2. Fry the meat balls
    3. Fry the chopped onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
    4. Add the bell peppers and cherry tomatoes. Cook for 7 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
    5. Boil the pasta
    6. Put the paste on a plate and add the meat balls.
    7. Pour the sauce on top
    8. Add mozzarella cheese
    Serve with parsley.
